Sabad, the four phases of the life-like night are divided into four parts: dwelling in the womb, childhood, youth, and the end of life. Through these stages, it has been explained that a human has come to visit this world only as a trader. So instead of wasting life, one should try to make life successful by remembering IkOankar (the Divine).
